  • COVID-19 Safety Guidelines +

    D-BAT is closely monitoring reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) in the United States. While the risks of COVID-19 infection is currently listed as low, D-BAT has been proactive in preventing the spread of this virus.

    We are aware of the unpredictability of this outbreak and will be adding some preventative actions that reduce the spread of all viruses.

    We are asking all customers to help with following guidelines for D-BAT:

    • Increasing our cleaning protocols using disinfecting spray and wipes frequently throughout the day on all common surfaces.
    • We also have Clorox Disinfecting Wipes for your use upon request. Your help in this effort is welcome and you are encouraged to use the wipes and spray we provide to wipe down bats and helmets before and after you use them.
    • When entering and exiting D-BAT, please thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water.
    • We are also asking members and customers to PLEASE refrain from visiting the facility if they are not feeling well, as is always the case when it comes to illness for your own good and the good of others.

    We continue to have our staff clean the equipment multiple times a day. We are working with our supplier to make sure that all our products are suitable to tackle this matter. Thank you for your cooperation!

    Our intent in sharing this is to provide transparency in the proactive steps we are taking to keep our members, customers, and staff healthy.     For all day camps, please bring a sack lunch, water, equipment and wear athletic shoes (no cleats). For evening or hourly camps or clinics bring water, equipment and wear your athletic shoes.
